Author Visits

Dorna Schroeter has over 40 years of experience as an educator. In her role as Coordinator at the PNW BOCES Center for Environmental Education, she developed and delivered many educational programs at the nature center, in schools, and in various field locations, such as whale watch boats and salt marshes in Cape Cod, and on land, in boats, and underwater in the seagrass beds, mangroves, and coral reefs in Key Largo.

Dorna offers several in-school programs:

• Book readings with discussions about the topic and writing and publishing process (available locally and virtually)
• Introduction to Sustainability
• Introduction to Biomimicry 
• Biomimicry Mini Design Challenge
